Striking a Balance

The Kenya’s 2016/2017 financial year Budget is only a negligible figure less the combination of the EAC  member states. How then do we strike a balance and ensure a win-win or a pareto efficient allocation of the resources to EAC? In the current petroleum fuel crisis where we have witnessed the prices failing significantly. It is estimated that only four countries will be contributing the highest percentage of the global GDP by the year 2040.
The countries placed on the forefront are the China an eastern country which is rising above the limitation of the language to overtake the superpower blocs such as USA and USSR which is currently faced by crisis
Despite the fact that Chinese is the most spoken language in the world, China is yet to crack the walls of limitation and assume the state of a superpower way ahead of USA. This has been contributed by the fact that Chinese language is mostly spoken by the Chinese alone who have a approximate population of 6 billion people.
